During the evolving Coronavirus (COVID19) health situation, we are committed to continuing to meet your health and wellness needs through both our medical clinic and support services. To safely provide those services and ensure the wellbeing of all at Bella, we’ve outlined temporary clinic and support service updates below (COVID19 Notice) as well as outlined general safety recommendations and provided information about the illness and pregnancy.
At this time, Bella is making efforts to minimize exposure and reduce transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to our patients, clients and staff. Support Services staff members are available for support/mentoring calls and to process requests for material support including diapers, wipes and clothing during our business hours Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Nurses will be asking the following questions before scheduling an appointment:
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, Bella will be unable to schedule an appointment. Individuals with an apparent mild illness will be encouraged by the nurse to contact their healthcare provider by phone for guidance about clinical management or an agency designated to handle potential COVID-19 patients. Individuals who report severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, will be directed to seek care immediately.
Thank you for your patience as Bella continues to provide medical services in our clinic and to meet the growing needs of our Support Services clients in the safest way possible.
The Center for Disease Control [CDC] and local health care providers recommend individuals take the following steps to prevent/minimize the spread of this illness:
