Car Seat Program

Bella Medical Clinic provides free education and resources to empower expectant parents in their parenting journey. Through the Infant Car Seat Program and Toddler Car Seat Program, expectant parents and parents go through a variety of parenting educational and mentoring sessions and earn credit toward a new car seat upon completion of the program.

Infant Car Seat Program
Bella Medical Clinic’s Infant Car Seat Program is available to individuals who qualify for Bella’s traditional parenting program as well as Bella Medical Clinic referrals.

Program participant requirements include:

• Seven in-person appointments with a staff member
• Viewing of all five BrightCourse videos:
  • Car Seat Safety
  • Prenatal Care
  • Safety During Pregnancy
  • Infant Expectations
  • Postpartum Depression
• One appointment with Bella Medical Clinic nurse about lactation
• One appointment with Bella Medical Clinic nurse about delivery education

Toddler Car Seat Program
Bella Medical Clinic’s Toddler Car Seat Program is available to individuals who qualify for Bella’s traditional parenting program as well as Bella Medical Clinic referrals.

Program participant requirements include:

• Five in-person appointments with a staff member
• Viewing all five BrightCourse videos:
  • Toddler Safety
  • Toddler Nutrition
  • Bonding With Your Toddler
  • Toddler Illness
  • Toddler Car Seat Safety
  • Other
